15 Lb. Pastured Beef Box

Limited quantity! First come, first served!
Contains over 15 lbs of grass-fed beef with a mix of grounds, rounds and steaks including: 
 
3 lbs. of steaks (NY Strip, Ribeye, Sirloin, Fillet, Flank and/or Porterhouse) 
4 lbs. of roasts (Chucks, Ribs, Sirloin Tip and/or Brisket)
8 lbs. of 'grounds' (Stew Beef, Fajita Beef, and/or Ground Beef)
 
The items in the kit are not adjustable. Each cow is unique and boxes may vary slightly.
Customers cannot choose which cuts they get. For guaranteed cuts, purchase 1/8th of a cow.
 
Beef is blast frozen, vacuum sealed and shipped on dry ice for maximum freshness. Package requires approximmately 2 cubic feet of freezer space.
 
Each box is made to order so lead times may be many weeks to a few months. All sales are final.
